Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, timelines, and policies designed to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping Nationwide across all of Pakistan. Whether you are ordering from a major metropolitan city or a regional town, there are no delivery fees applied to your order at checkout.

    Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan): Free (Rs. 0)

    International Shipping: Currently, we only service delivery addresses within Pakistan.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Every SAREEIUM piece represents artisanal quality and careful preparation.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods, festive seasons, or major product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets our luxury quality standards.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Other Regions & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and occasional transit delays out of our control (such as extreme weather or courier bottlenecks) may occur.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, transparency is our priority. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.

5. In-Store Pickup

For our local clients, we offer an In-store Pickup option. If you prefer to collect your elegant textiles or custom garments directly from our boutique, select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout.

    Pickup Location: Mohallah Bara Dari, Street No. 1, Alipur Chattha, 34451, Punjab, Pakistan.

  •  

    Pickup Hours: Monday to Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 09:30 - 20:00 (Closed on Fridays).

  • How it works: You will receive an email/SMS notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.

6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments

We take immense pride in the pristine presentation of our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 0304 2403335 or via text/WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/product.

  • We will promptly review the issue and arrange for a replacement or resolution.
